Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. After a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. At the show, she finished third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
